Mode of Action
Bifenthrin is one of the new pyrethroid agricultural insecticides and is widely used in countries around the world. Bifenthrin is moderately toxic to humans and animals. It has high affinity in soil and high insecticidal activity. It has stomach poisoning and contact killing effects on insects. It is used on a variety of crops to control aphids, Mites, cotton bollworms, pink bollworms, peach heartworms, leafhoppers and other pests.

Using Method
1. To control eggplant red spider mites, you can use 30-40 ml of 10% bifenthrin EC per acre, mix it with 40-60 kg of water and spray evenly. The duration of effect is about 10 days; for yellow mites on eggplant, you can Use 30 ml of 10% bifenthrin emulsifiable concentrate and 40 kg of water, mix evenly and then spray for control.
2. In the early stages of whitefly occurrence on vegetables, melons, etc., you can use 20-35 ml of 3% bifenthrin aqueous emulsion or 20-25 ml of 10% bifenthrin aqueous emulsion per acre, mixed with 40-60 kg of water and spray Prevention and treatment.
3. For inchworms, small green leafhoppers, tea caterpillars, black thorn mealybugs, etc. on tea trees, you can use 1000-1500 times of chemical spray to control them during the 2-3 instar and nymph stages.
4. For adults and nymphs such as aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites on vegetables such as cruciferous and cucurbitaceous vegetables, spray 1000-1500 times the liquid to control them.
5. For the control of cotton, cotton spider mites and other mites, and citrus leafminer and other pests, you can use 1000-1500 times of chemical solution to spray the plants during the egg hatching or full hatching stage and the adult stage.
Precautions
1. This product is not registered for use on rice, but some local farmers have found that it is very effective in controlling rice leaf rollers when preventing tea pests. If farmers want to use this agent to control non-registered crop pests such as rice, especially in areas where rice and mulberry are mixed, silkworms are easily poisoned, so they must be cautious to prevent heavy losses from silkworm poisoning.
2. This product is highly toxic to fish, shrimps and bees. When using it, keep away from beekeeping areas and do not pour residual liquid into rivers, ponds and fish ponds.
3. Since frequent use of pyrethroid pesticides will cause pests to develop resistance, they should be used alternately with other pesticides to delay the development of resistance. They are intended to be used 1-2 times per crop season.
